Handbook / Programs / Team Bootcamp
Same 12 weeks as the public bootcamp. Your team. Your systems. One shipped at the end.
Private cohort of 6 to 15 seats. Live weekly session, weekly 1:1 with an embedded mentor, applied project on your real data, capstone demo at week 12. Sponsor check-ins at week 4 and week 12. Written sponsor report at close.
Who this is for
L&D directors, VPs of AI, CTOs building a team capability, not upskilling individuals. Typical buyer has at least one AI champion who has shipped something. The Bootcamp scales the practice from that one champion to a working 6-to-15-person team.
Weekly cadence
Live weekly session (Tuesday, 2 hours). Weekly 1:1 with embedded mentor. Applied project on your real data between sessions. Optional private channel in your Slack or Teams.
Week 12: shipped
A team that ships at least one AI system to internal users within 90 days. Shared vocabulary, shared verification practice, shared operating manual the team keeps using after the bootcamp ends.
Your stack
4 to 6 exercises rewritten against your stack. Pre-bootcamp scoping call with Charafeddine. Sponsor check-ins at week 4 and 12. Written sponsor report at close.
The 12-week structure
Three phases. Customisation happens inside each week (4 to 6 exercises rewritten against your stack), not in the cadence.
| Weeks | Phase | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| 1–4 | Foundations | LUMEN scoping methodology. Verification primitives (self-consistency, conformal prediction, exploitation surface). Governance design. By week 4, every participant has a working brief. |
| 5–9 | Applied build | Participants build against their real workflow on your data / infrastructure. Mentor 1:1 weekly. Live session digs into the technical layer the team needs. Week 8 sponsor check-in. |
| 10–12 | Ship | Verification design hardened. Operating brief written. Governance log connected. Capstone demo at week 12, open to sponsor leadership. |
Mentors
One mentor per cohort, embedded for the full 12 weeks. Senior practitioner running production AI at a real company, matched to your sector and stack. The mentor does not handle commercial conversations; that is the founder. The mentor's job is the work.
- Production AI practitioners. Not trainers, not coaches.
- Currently shipping AI at the day-job level.
- Sector-matched (FS mentor for FS cohort, etc.).
- Bound by NDA and Cohorte's confidentiality standard.
- Account managers. No commercial conversations.
- Senior partners "from a pool." Your mentor is your mentor.
- Substitutes for the founder. Charafeddine remains on the engagement.
Logistics
| Cohort size | Min 6, max 15. Smaller cohorts break mentor 1:1 economics; larger break capstone discipline. |
| Investment | €4,200 per seat. €25,200 (6 seats), €37,800 (9 seats), €50,400 (12 seats), €63,000 (15 seats). Fixed. |
| Modality | Live weekly session on Zoom. Mentor 1:1s on Zoom. Optional private channel in your Slack / Teams. Optional 1-2 on-site sessions. |
| Post-bootcamp | 12 months Engine Room community per graduate. Alumni-as-internal-champion playbook included. |
| Funding | Direct L&D budget is the standard path. Cohorte is not Qualiopi-certified today (in progress, 2026 roadmap), so direct CPF and direct OPCO aren't available right now; OPCO-routed engagements go via a Qualiopi-certified partner. Email teams@cohorte.co for routing. |
| Pilot credit | If you ran a Cohorte Pilot in the prior 90 days, 100% of the Pilot fee credits against the Team Bootcamp. |
FAQ
"Can we run this in French?"
Yes for French / EU cohorts. Charafeddine and most mentors are bilingual EN/FR. Curriculum defaults to English; live sessions in French if requested.
"Can we have more than 15 seats?"
Not in one cohort. Two parallel cohorts is supported. Or one cohort plus a Curriculum License for the broader team.
"Can we customise beyond 4-6 exercises?"
At that point the engagement is closer to AI Readiness Program scope. We will recommend the right shape after the scoping call.
"What if a participant drops out?"
You may substitute one participant within the first 3 weeks at no charge. After that, the seat is locked.
"How is intellectual property handled?"
Capstone IP belongs to the customer. Cohorte's methodology stays Cohorte's and is also published.
"Can Charafeddine be on more sessions?"
Standard: kickoff, week-4 sponsor check-in, week-12 capstone. Premium scope: monthly advisory or weekly check-in adds to the engagement fee.
12 weeks. Your team. One shipped system.
If the capstone doesn't ship at week 12, we have done it wrong. Discovery call sorts cohort size, capstone target, and exercises rewritten for your stack. Most clients book sixty days out.
