| Founder on every engagement | Charafeddine is the lead practitioner on every enterprise program. If unavailable for the proposed window, the engagement is scheduled accordingly. The founder is not substituted for a junior trainer at any tier. |
| Engine Room included | 12 months Engine Room membership is included for every seat on Curriculum License and every graduate of Team Bootcamp. The methodology is reinforced after the program ends, not abandoned at certificate handover. |
